Accessing recently modified entities

The application provides a Recently Modified floating icon on all the homepages and dashboard.

A field sales representative who is currently working on a particular opportunity or a quote might want to quickly access it to view or modify the details.

Solution

A field sales representative can click the Recently Modified icon to view the list of recently modified entities. The ten most recently modified entities (either quote or opportunity) are displayed as hyperlinks in the descending order of modification time.

The getUserUiStateList API is called to retrieve the recently modified entities.
