Do the following steps to resolve the error:
  1. Run the oc command to check the health of IBM Spectrum Protect Plus.
    oc -n ibm-spectrum-fusion-ns get scales storagemanager -o yaml | grep storageClusterStatus
  2. If the IBM Spectrum Protect Plus healthy, verify and make sure you upgrade to the correct version.
  3. If the issue persists, contact IBM Support.
