Troubleshooting command problems

There are a number of common problems that might occur when you are trying to run a command.

Some characters, for example, backslash (\) and double quote (") characters have special meanings when used with commands. If you receive an error when you use special characters in descriptive text of a command, check whether you have entered the special characters correctly.
