Command changes: removal of migmbbrk and CSQUMGMB

IBM® MQ 8.0 removes the migmbbrk and CSQUMGMB commands. These commands were introduced to migrate the publish/subscribe configuration to the IBM WebSphere® MQ 7.0 constructs of topics and subscriptions.

If you need to migrate your existing publish/subscribe configuration data to IBM MQ 8.0 from WebSphere Message Broker Version 6.0 or Version 6.1, you must first upgrade to a Version 7.0 release of IBM MQ (that is, IBM MQ Version 7.0.1, Version 7.1 or Version 7.5 ), and follow the migmbbrk or CSQUMGMB migration instructions in the product documentation for the relevant release, before then upgrading again to IBM MQ 8.0.
