Activating Db2 function levels in a data sharing

After all active members in the data sharing group are running Db2 13, you can activate function level 500 or higher to enable the use of new capabilities.

Before you begin

Ensure that all active members are migrated to and running on Db2 13. For instructions, see Migrating an existing data sharing group to Db2 13
Important: Before you activate function level 500 or higher for the first time, read Activating Db2 13 function level 500 or higher.

About this task

Activating a Db2 13 function level for any single group member activates that function level on all members.

Procedure

To activate Db2 13 function levels in data sharing groups:

Complete one of the following tasks:
