Unable to install integration services

Symptoms

Installation Manager displays a message that the required installation files could not be found.

Resolving the problem

To resolve this problem:
  1. Start the Installation Manager.
  2. Select File > Preferences > Files for Rollback.
  3. Restart the Installation Manager.
  4. Select File > Preferences > Repositories.
  5. Ensure that the repository is correct and click Test Connections.
  6. Start the installation.
