Task status
The Administration Tasks and Administration Task Details views in the Administration Services UI display the status of tasks that are deployed to the Administration Services. The Administration Services command-line interface can also display the task status after one of the task operations is run.
- Error
This status means that there is an issue with the configuration heath represented by the task.
Check the details of the task and its task actions. Use the information in the Status tab of the Administration Task Details view to determine how to proceed and resolve the issue. Resolve the issue, and if required, run one of the task actions that are associated with the task. While the task action is running, the status of the task changes to Running. If the configuration health is good, the status is changed to OK.
- Warning
This status means that there might be an issue with the configuration heath represented by the task.

- Unknown
This status means that the status of the task is unknown because the task is not yet run.
Run one of the task actions that are associated with the task. While the task action is running, the status of the task changes to Running. After the task is completed, the status is changed to OK when successful, or Error when a failure.
- Inactive
This status means that there might be an issue in running the task due to an internal error.
Check the details of the task and its task actions. Use the information in the Status tab of the Administration Task Details view to determine how to proceed and resolve the issue. Resolve the issue, and if required, run one of the task actions that are associated with the task. While the task action is running, the status of the task changes to Running. If the configuration health is good, the status is changed to OK.
- OK
This status means that the configuration health is good and there are no issues to report.
No action is required.
- Running
This status means that a task action is running.
No action is required. Check the status of the task again after the task action is complete.
- Queued
This status means that a task action is queued to run.
No action is required. Check the status of the task again after the task action is complete.
