After creating a User Policy Template, you must apply it
to your users so that the policies are implemented.
Procedure
- Log on to AccessAdmin.
- Select .
- Enter the subject of your search in the Search
for field.
Tip:
To find
partially matching results, enter the characters, and then an asterisk
(*). For example: To find all users with user names that begin with
the letter i, enter i*.- Select a search criteria from the Search
by list.
- Click Search.
- Optional: Select any of the following groups:
- My users
- All Administrators
- All help desk users
- All revoked users
- Specify the number of results to view per page.
- Select one or more users by selecting the check box next
to the corresponding user. Click Select all if
you want to assign policies to all users in the page.
- Select the template you want to apply under Apply
user policy template.
- Click Apply to selected results. The Apply to all results button is applicable
to the users displayed on the page.
