Ajax proxy portlet project

This sample creates a portlet project demonstrating a simple implementation of an AJAX Proxy enabled portlet
Time required: 2 minutes

This sample requires no setup. When you run the portlet on a server, the portlet accesses the foreign domain using XML HTTP requests to the host server.

To use this sample, you must have WebSphere® Portal Server and an application server installed and configured. To verify that a server runtime environment is available, click Window > Preferences, expand Server, and then click Installed Runtimes. You can use this pane to add, remove, or edit installed server runtime definitions. You can also download and install support for a new server.

To use the sample, click Import sample, and save the compressed file to a directory on your workstation. After downloading the sample, import the sample project into your workspace: Click File > Import > Existing projects into workspace > Select archive file, and then click Browse to find the downloaded sample project file.
