Checking the Message Log

You can check the message log for successful synchronization of the inbound SSO configuration.

About this task

Note: Messages might be delayed for up to 30 minutes.

Procedure

  1. From the Admin menu, select SSO to expand its menu and select Message Log.

  2. The SSO Message Log page displays.

  3. Select Change Filter to reveal filter fields:
    • Filter Messages. Enter a text string.
    • Select Filter Mode. Use the drop-down menu to select:
      • Show Matches Only. This displays only messages that match the text string.
      • Show Matches in Context. This shows contextual messages that might not necessarily match the text string.
      • Highlight Matches. This displays all messages but highlights the messages that match the text string.
    • Select Apply Filter.
  4. Select Change Options to change the use of automatic refresh:
    • Use the Automatic Refresh check box to use the feature. The message log will reload automatically every minute.
