Service Desk module

You use the applications in the Service Desk module to manage customer requests for help, information, and services.

You can create and manage service requests which are a type of ticket, manage activities that are a type of work order and operations that describe general work that needs to be done on a ticket. You can also create a ticket template based on a standard model to speed time spent entering information in a ticket.
