You can import and export volume groups and storage pools, map virtual disks to physical disks, increase virtual Small Computer Serial Interface (SCSI) device capacity, change the virtual SCSI queue depth, back up and restore files and file systems, and collect and view information using the IBM® TotalStorage Productivity Center.

Importing and exporting volume groups and logical volume storage pools
You can use the importvg and exportvg commands to move a user-defined volume group from one system to another.
