Cabling the EDR1 PCIe storage enclosure to an 8412-EAD, 9117-MMC, 9117-MMD, 9179-MHC, or 9179-MHD system

Use this information as a guide for cabling your PCIe storage enclosure to an 8412-EAD, 9117-MMC, 9117-MMD, 9179-MHC, or 9179-MHD system.

Figure 1 shows one EDR1 PCIe storage enclosure connected to a single 8412-EAD, 9117-MMC, 9117-MMD, 9179-MHC, or 9179-MHD system by using one feature code (FC) 1914 PCIe2 GX++ adapter and two PCIe cables.
