Yes, the conference is a fee-based event. Advance pricing is $1,359 USD through July 31. Standard pricing is $1,599.

The purchase of a conference pass is non-refundable. Substitutions for purchased passes will be allowed for attendees from the same company, and a fee of $50 USD will be applied to the new registration. Substitutions for complimentary pass holders are not permitted. Please contact your IBM sales representative or the IBM TechXchange Conference Guest Service Team.

If you are having a problem logging into your IBMid, or if you need to create an IBMid, please contact the IBMid help desk.

Individuals must be over the age of 18 to participate in conference activities. Infants and young children, even under the supervision or care of an adult, may not attend conference activities at the Mandalay Bay. This includes all activities, sessions, meal functions, meeting and exposition space, and the use of event transportation.

During the registration process, you will have the option to book a hotel room at the Mandalay Bay, Delano Las Vegas or Luxor Hotel negotiated rate. Rates vary based on the date, hotel and room type selected. You will have an opportunity to view all rate options prior to selecting a room. Rooms and rates are subject to availability. The hotel block closes on September 24, 2024. After this date, you will have to contact the hotel directly. Room rates start at:

• Mandalay Bay: $298
• Delano Las Vegas: $338
• Luxor Hotel: $148

Cancellation or changes to hotel reservations are the sole responsibility of the attendee. A deposit payment of one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card provided after September 30, 2024. The deposit payment is non-refundable for cancellations within 72 hours of the reservation check-in date. If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date, the remainder of your reservation will be cancelled, and the deposit payment will be forfeited.

You can add your hotel loyalty information at the time of booking.

Registered attendees can update their hotel reservation on the attendee portal.

For IBM clients and Business Partners requesting a visa invitation letter, please contact the IBM TechXchange Customer Service team via email at IBMtechxchange@gpj.com and include the following information:

• Name on passport
• Company name
• Address
• City
• Country

Please note that an invitation letter will be provided to registered attendees only. Letters cannot be provided for guests.

Travelers from outside the US need to abide by CDC guidelines and travel requirements for Non-US Citizen, Non-US Immigrants: guidance.

No, unfortunately conference passes are limited and reserved for invited and registered attendees.

The dress code for the conference is coder casual, striking the perfect balance between comfort and professionalism. Feel free to wear your favorite jeans with a t-shirt or button-down shirt, and be sure to choose comfortable shoes. If you opt for a suit, you may feel out of place, so stick to a more relaxed attire. The goal is to feel comfortable while maintaining a polished appearance, perfect for engaging in tech discussions.

Parking is available at the Mandalay Bay. Attendees staying at other offsite properties will need to coordinate their own transportation.

Ground transportation is not provided from the airport as attendees will arrive and depart at different times. We recommend your choice of Uber/Lyft/Taxi instead.

The health and safety of our attendees is our top priority.

• Do you have a cough, cold, fever (≥37.5C/99.5F), shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting, tiredness, aches and pains, or new loss of taste or smell?
• Is there a country or local travel restriction that requires you to quarantine and not attend this event? Please refer to the applicable local government website for more information.

You will attend the event only if you have answered “No” to the questions above.

There are a variety of sponsorship packages available for the conference including presence on the Sandbox 2.0 expo floor, branding opportunities, and experiential add-ons. More details here. Business Partners can reach out to their IBM partner alliance manager or use this form to declare interest and provide contact details. Note: All sponsorship packages are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Yes, sponsorship packages include conference passes. See package details in the prospectus.

Once your contract is signed, a TechXchange team member will reach out and provide the link to the Sponsorship portal where information and key milestones will be outlined along with other items required from sponsors i.e. logos, links.
