Effective January 1, 2024, IBM® is announcing a 12% price increase on selected part numbers for Appliance service uplifts (Business Critical, Media Retention, HW Service Days) delivered by IBM’s Technology Lifecycle Services teams.Passport Advantage® Express Suggested Retail Prices (SRP) and Passport Advantage Suggested Volume Prices (SVP), as applicable are included in this announcement:
For a small number of products, the price increase will deviate slightly from the assumptions above, but overall, most of the price changes be within plus or minus 5 % points.
Announced pricing will be available on September 1, 2023, from IBM or from your IBM Business Partner.
