IBM wint Computable Awards 2015

IBM heeft vanavond de Computable Award voor Softwareleverancier van het Jaar 2015 gewonnen. Op donderdag 3 november 2015 reikte Computable voor de tiende keer dé belangrijkste ICT prijzen van Nederland uit, de Computable Awards.
Olivier Ponti, Amsterdam Marketing: “IBM heeft ons met de software enorm geholpen met het bewerken van grote hoeveelheden data en met predictive analytics zijn we in staat om te anticiperen op trends. Dat is belangrijk om slimme beslissingen te kunnen nemen. Zo hebben we op basis van de data de City Card significant kunnen verbeteren. We feliciteren IBM van harte met het winnen van deze prijs. Een terechte winnaar wat ons betreft!”
Waarom heeft IBM gewonnen?
Door IBM’s predictive analytics software in te zetten heeft Amsterdam Marketing de tevredenheid van bezoekers en verkoop van producten verhoogd, de verkoop van de kaart verhoogd met 7 procent, het aantal hotelovernachtingen in Amsterdam verhoogd met 11 procent en heeft het de mogelijkheid om een enorme hoeveelheid data over miljoenen bezoekers te verwerken met slechts anderhalf fulltime medewerkers. De prijs is dus meer dan verdiend.

De Computable Awards werden op 3 november 2015 aan de vooravond van de vakbeurzen Infosecurity.nl, Storage Expo en The Tooling Event uitgereikt tijdens een avondvullend programma met diner en entertainment in Jaarbeurs te Utrecht.
