IBM Appoints Cerasela Venera Baiculescu as Country Leader for IBM Romania and Moldova

BUCHAREST, Romania, November 23, 2022 – IBM (NYSE: IBM) today announced the appointment of Cerasela Venera Baiculescu as Country Leader for IBM Romania and Moldova.
Mrs. Baiculescu will be responsible for IBM’s overall business operations across Romania and Moldova, driving business growth and client satisfaction.

Mrs. Baiculescu succeeds Mrs. Marta Brańska-Rybicka, who has been appointed to another role at IBM.
