IBM SEE Diversity Ambassador and COO of IBM Croatia
Zeljka Ticic, Chief Operating Officer of IBM Croatia since 2013. As well, since 2013, a Diversity Ambassador for South East Europe, drives the diversity agenda for the particular constituency, focus area and territory. Zeljka supports the development and advancement of top performing diverse talent within IBM organizations. She joined IBM in 1994 and for the last six years before becoming COO Željka was responsible for IGF business in Croatia and other counties in the region including Slovenia, Bulgaria Romania and Turkey. Zeljka was the IGF sales leader and has also held several other positions in Croatia such as Chief Accountant, Customer Fulfilment Manager, Treasury Manager and Credit Analyst. She has a BS degree in Economics, attended IBM Global Sales School and had completed several courses on management skills, negotiation and selling methods.
