Zeljka Kovacec Jakovac is a professional with more than 12 years of experience in change management and marketing in regional business environment, having worked on client IT projects in communication, training, stakeholder management and marketing. For the past four years, Zeljka has worked in marketing management, currently occupying the position of Portfolio Marketing Leader for Social, Mobile and Commerce at IBM, where she is responsible for Central and Eastern Europe. In this position, she is in charge of building IBM's marketing strategy, taking care of exceptional digital execution and driving marketing results for her business units
