Peter Gersak has more than 15 years of accomplishment-led experience in IT, IT Architecture, management of teams and business development, achievement of the highest priority growth, solutions creation & deployments, customer satisfaction, participative leadership and operational efficiency. He brings valuable insights and knowledge regarding the leadership and management-related challenges, such as disruptions and transformations in the IT and other industries. Currently, Peter is leading efforts in bringing and fostering innovation to clients in South East Europe through collaboration with IBM R&D and the creation of localised solutions. Previously, Peter was the IBM Global Technology Services Manager for Slovenia and Bosnia & Herzegovina. Prior to joining IBM GTS, Peter worked in various IT companies, including IBM, and on various positions, with diverse and successful track record in the sales, pre-sales, IT architecture, IT integration and IT operations. His specialties include more than just business development and technology knowledge. His diverse experience and close cooperation with clients and co-workers have enabled Peter to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
