Co-Founder & Lead Content Developer, Impact Hub Belgrade (IHB)
As a co-founder of the Impact Hub Belgrade, I contribute to the business development in the role of a lead content developer for attraction, engagement and retention of members. As an anthropologist, I approach the management and business development by growing and strengthening a culture of practice-based entrepreneurship founded on fair grounds, marketability, diversity, co-creation of opportunities, possibilities and sustainable future.
My daily activities include, for example, connecting diverse people, designing innovative models and solutions, sharing experience, building partnerships and promoting cross-pollination. In more than 15 years of experience in the context of European integration in Serbia, I have acquired valuable know-how in sustainable growth, entrepreneurship, youth employment policy and implementation, EU programming and project design.
Among other things, I have worked with UN agencies, business associations, NGOs and governmental bodies and institutions such as the Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction of the Government of the Republic of Serbia. Currently, I work as a consultant to the Serbian European Integration Office in the pre-accession funds programming in Serbia for the 2016–2020 period, covering the fields of employment, education, social policy and health.
