Chef, City Grill Group

Dan graduated the evening classes at "Viilor" Economic Vocational School and is multi qualified as cook, pastry cook, pastry chef and waiter. He started his professional career at one of the first chains of fast food restaurants in Romania called "Spring Time". Dan was working as a Chef in many different international restaurants around the world. He has been working for City Grill Group for nine years. For the last three years Dan acted as Training & Development Chef for the whole City Grill Group. Dan graduated the Basic courses at "Le Cordon Bleu" Institute in Paris in 2016.
