INDUSTRY ANCHOR EVENT: Banking/Blockchain – European Bankers Association (EBA) Day June 20-21, Dublin.

The Industry Anchor event is a two day European payments and transaction banking conference and exhibition that will be held from the 20-21th June, 2017. This year marks the twelfth year of this successful event, which this year will be hosted in Dublin, with over 1200 delegates that will have the opportunity to learn and discuss key trends that is creating change within the payment industry. The focus of this years event will be on real time payments, blockchain, PSD 2, payments innovation, open banking, fraud, digital transformation and intra-day liquidity management.
The event will consist of different learning sessions such as strategic plenary sessions as well as panel sessions together with exhibitions of banks, service providers, consultancies and ACH’s that will be live streamed.
When attending the event, you will have the possibility to meet with IBM leaders to discuss current challenges and learn new ways to transform payments and transaction services to sustain profitable growth. We believe that it is important to embrace the current changes within the field and stay competitive, with this banks will need to modernize and real-time enable their payment infrastructure as well as their core banking and fraud detection systems. IBM solutions including Blockchain, Financial Transaction Manager (FTM), IBM Safer Payments, APIs and Watson should be vital elements as a bank changes it architecture and modernizes operations.
