Between now and September 30th 2015, all windows application migrations into SoftLayer are free using the AppZero self service portal.

AppZero is an application migration tool for windows. It will let you migrate your windows applications into SoftLayer using a self service portal. This can also be used for those whot want to upgrade their Windows 2003 applications to a current version of Windows in SoftLayer.
