We are pleased to announce two new courses developed by RPA Education team: Digital assistants in IBM RPA (version 21.0.1) and Surface automation with IBM RPA (version 21.0.2).
Digital assistants in IBM RPA are bots that interact with users using text or voice messages. A digital assistant can be either a chatbot, an interactive voice response (IVR) agent, or both. Course topics:
