People have lots of opinions about what quality is. IBM uses Net Promoter Score (NPS) in many areas to judge the quality of a product or service but there are also other indicators like Awards etc. This blog is about the quality of our Global Training Providers and the question of if our Training Partners are Top regarding quality. So, how do we measure?
A powerful indicator of quality is an award. I’ve never written a blog about awards so I’m hoping it is the starting point of positive news!
IBMs Training Partners
TrainingIndustry.com gives an award every year to the best IT training companies. Some of IBM’s training partners applied for the award and were also on the top 20 list during the last years. This was announced by TrainingIndustry.com at the end of last year. 2022 was a special year, as all partners applied and all got chosen. You can see the full list on the official award page.
What does this mean for our clients? All IBM Clients know, that we really chose the right partners in all areas. In addition to IBM choosing the right partners the award shows quality. On the one hand, it shows our partners are motivated and confident to show that they are the best. They are motivated to go the extra mile to show proof of how good they are and on the other side, as well as being motivated to compete, the award underlines once more that they are really the best of the best.
