IBM TechU Talks, the go-to webcasts for systems “techies”

With the postponement of IBM Systems TechU conferences, folks are flocking to IBM TechU Talks, a free, weekly series of technical training webcasts. Each 60-minute webcast focuses on a conference topic and is led by popular TechU speakers. There are three unique webcasts per week — IBM Power Tuesdays, Storage Wednesdays and IBM Z/LinuxONE Thursdays. If you miss a webcast, replays and presentation PDFs are available two days later.

Why TechU Talks should be your learning destination

April’s 12 TechU Talks webcasts drew over six thousand learners. Were you one of them? If not, here are four reasons to secure your free pass today!

  1. Learn from the A-team of the IBM Systems technical community. For more than 25 years, TechU conferences have delivered unparalleled technical training. The key to their success is the deep technical content delivered by IBM Distinguished Engineers, developers and other experts. These same professionals are leading TechU Talks.
  2. Grow your skills to grow your value. IT pros are keenly aware of the growing skills gap and the need to continually invest in their skill development. With the retirement of boomers coupled with the breakneck pace of new technologies, training is key to reverse this trend.
  3. Join us live OR watch the replays. TechU Talks runs live every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 11:00 AM – 12 noon Eastern Time. Can’t make that time? Then watch the replays which will include the presentation decks.
  4. They’re free! Who doesn’t love a bargain? TechU Talks give you free access to in-depth insights on some of the hottest IBM Systems products and solutions.
