Furthermore, 64% of IT managers think their employees won’t be able to keep pace with future skill needs, and 70% of employees say they haven’t even mastered the skills they need for their jobs today, according to Gartner.
Clearly, there’s a need for IT training so organizations will have needed IT skills. Due to the increasing skills gap, investing in training for individual career development and organizational digital transformation is more important than ever.
