Yves began his career at IBM in 1992. Since 2005, he has been in charge of Diversity in different areas and through different missions in line with the business and HR strategies of his Group.
In 2014, Yves has been nominated Global Diverse Ability & Inclusion Leader - to facilitate the inclusion of employees with different abilities, to improve IBM's existing programs as well as identifying existing inhibitors which prevent successful work experience.
In 2019, he endorsed the Chair of the International Labor Organization’s Global Business & Disability network.
He is also the author of a book that relates his own experience of disability, and also explains how to make other people, including employers, disability confident.
