Tania McVeety

In addition to being the IBM Program Director for the Columbia-IBM Center for Blockchain and Data Transparency, Tania was recently appointed the North America Leader for IBM Global University Programs. Its mission is to foster relationships with academia to deliver programs that resonate with the needs of today’s student and aligns with today’s job market skills needs. Previously, she was responsible for restructuring Global University Programs to better serve the needs of academia today. She brings 20 years of IBM experience in change management and deep HR knowledge creating transformational programs that deliver HR solutions to business problems.
