Director, AIOps on IBM Z
As the Director of IBM Z AIOps and IT Service Management, I lead the product management and strategy for the AIOps portfolio, which enables enterprises to optimize their IT operations with artificial intelligence and automation. I have over two years of experience in this role, and previously I was the Senior Technical Staff Member leading IBM's hybrid cloud strategy for IBM Z, the industry-leading mainframe platform.
With a background in offering management, business transformation, and systems engineering, I have applied Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking methodologies to deliver innovative and client-centric solutions across various domains, such as HR, supply chain, and client experience. I am also passionate about teaching and learning, and I have been an Adjunct Faculty at the Lucas College of Business at San Jose State University for over seven years, where I teach Operations Management and Total Quality Management. My mission is to create value for IBM and its customers by leveraging the power of AIOps, hybrid cloud, and mainframe technology.
