Rob Grant is a Partner, Digital Business Automation Thought Leader, and department manager in the Financial Services practice with experience leading and implementing digital operations efforts. He has expertise across a range of automation and digital strategy domains with specialties in operations re-engineering, workflow optimization, and enterprise program management. He has led process re-engineering efforts across Asia, South America, and North America. Rob is the author of several workflow architecture frameworks including Master Data Management and BPM and has spoken at conferences on Business Process Re-engineering.
