Kevin Wahlmeier

Since joining IBM, Kevin has held various global operational, financial, consulting, support and management positions, including spending two years on an international assignment in Dublin Ireland establishing and managing a European and US Technical Support Center. Kevin created and currently leads the Emerging Technologies and Innovation Strategy globally for TSS focused on big data, automation, analytics and cognitive capabilities. He also collaborates with the IBM Research organization to drive design, develop and implement key initiatives to assist the organization with delivering world class technical support to our Clients. Kevin's extensive background in Support, experience and knowledge of IBM's global service delivery process has led to many operational efficiency enhancements included Watson for Support and Augmented Reality.
