Jeroen Das is the Product Owner of Conversational AI at ABN AMRO Bank N.V.. Primarily serving Western Europe, ABN AMRO Bank N.V provides banking services to more than five million customers in the Netherlands under the motto “a personal bank in the digital age.” Starting with four colleagues working on an MVP in 2017, today the team contains over 40 people working on the conversational AI platform, which now hosts multiple chatbots. Anna is the leading chatbot personality. Jeroen has experience in upgrading an MVP to a product that plays a key role in ABN AMRO’s digital strategy.
