As a consultant, Haynes has worked directly with c-suite executives in multiple industries as well as across federal, state, and local government, delivering results in education, policy, economic development, government transition, technology services, financial services, healthcare, and the environment. He previously held roles as a service area manager in IBM’s Digital Strategy practice, a contributor to the IBM Center for The Business of Government, and a member of IBM’s select Corporate Service Corps.
