With over 25 years of experience, Charla is on IBM’s Global Technology Industry Leadership team providing IBM strategy and thought leadership for the manufacturing and energy industries. Charla leads by demonstrating how to align business process and technology to transform businesses, increase revenue and enhance the bottom line for clients. With a primary focus on Data & AI and Edge Computing, examples of her work include deploying a data foundation at the enterprise and industrial edge, optimizing plant machinery, orchestrating an end-to-end supply chain, achieving total product quality, and quantum readiness for industrial markets.
