Carmen is part of the IBM Data Science and AI Elite team and a Distinguished Data Scientist - Level 3 Open Group Certified. She leverages her mathematics and programming background in Bayesian inference, hierarchical probability models, and constrained optimization methods to build models that are relevant to her clients. As an Industry Lead for the Industrial and Distribution client segments in the IBM Data and AI Elite team (DSE), Carmen has qualified, prioritized and developed client engagements. She has qualified clients and use cases for DSE while building an industry-specific pipeline for DSE worldwide.
