Andrea Sayles is the General Manager for IBM Resiliency Services. Over the past 40 years, she has held different leadership positions in technology, manufacturing, sales, services, human resources and operations within IBM. Andrea has extensive experience managing some of IBM’s largest global clients and helping them through complex transitions. She is also a winner of the prestigious Gerstner Award for Client Excellence for her dedication to client success.
