An all-new free online course, Introduction to Cloud, is now generally available.

I worked on this course and recommend it as a great way to get started with cloud. There are no prerequisites. Learners with basic IT skills should finish in less than a day and earn an IBM Cloud Core badge.

Introduction to Cloud by IBM

Intro to Cloud includes a hands-on lab for first-time IBM Cloud users. Learners are guided through setting up a free IBM Cloud account and browsing the catalog.

This course can help you and your colleagues feel more comfortable in conversations about cloud computing because you’ll be more familiar with the terms and concepts. After completing Intro to Cloud, you’ll be ready to explore IBM Cloud, experiment with cloud services, and take additional cloud courses.
