With a new IBM Cloud-based infrastructure that includes more than 1,000 high-performance servers, special effects artists at Prana Studios are creating some of the most immersive crowd experiences ever seen or heard at the world’s theme parks. At one popular U.S. attraction, Prana’s high-tech wizards deliver a 3-D stereo show that projects ultra-high definition imagery and animation from 12 projectors simultaneously across a massive 400-foot-wide U-shaped screen, pulling park-goers closer to the action than ever before.
