Shoppers explain what they’re looking for in their own words. GWYN then sifts through structured and unstructured data on product descriptions, prices, varieties, categories, delivery options and more to identify the most appropriate gifts to feature. Eighty percent of the shoppers who have used the service say they would use it again, and 65 percent click through to the products offered.
