Virgin Holidays created a custom rum blend designed to “taste like a vacation feels.” With IBM Chef Watson Twist, bartenders can bring together flavors that complement one another at the molecular level. Watson also analyzed social posts from more than 15 million people on holiday, helping a master blender match their sentiments to corresponding flavors.
