Problem
The Cairo graphics libraries that are installed with some Linux updates can result in ClearTeam Explorer crashing.
Cause
Environment
This Eclipse defect is fixed in Eclipse 4.5, hence the workaround is only applicable to older versions of Eclipse.
Resolving The Problem
To resolve the problem:
- Edit ctexplorer.ini file that is associated with the ClearTeam Explorer installation.
- Add the following line to the file:
-Dorg.eclipse.swt.internal.gtk.cairoGraphics=false - Save the changes to the file.
- Start ClearTeam Explorer.
