How does the remote view agent handle SSL exceptions?
Answer
The automatic view's remote view agent process does not handle SSL exceptions. To deal with such exceptions, import the certificate issuer information to user_home\.keystore_clearcase (the keystore is used as the truststore; create it if it doesn't exist).
