Question

How do I determine baseline overrides?

Answer

In certain cases involving problems with multiple composite baselines, some error messages do not provide adequate information for resolving the problems. You can set the environment variable CCASE_EXPANDED_MSGS to any nonempty string to enable better error messages in these cases. (If CCASE_EXPANDED_MSGS is empty or non-existent, the messages are unchanged.)

Setting CCASE_EXPANDED_MSGS also changes the output of lsstream -fmt %[found_bls]CXp and lsstream -fmt %[rec_bls]CXp to show baseline overrides; for example,

cleartool lsstream -fmt %[found_bls]CXp my_stream_p3@\my_pvob
