Troubleshooting
Problem
If you have a dynamic view that is mapped to the R:\ drive and you modify the IBM Rational ClearCase installation to add automatic views (and accept the default mapping of automatic views to drive R:\), the dynamic view is unmapped from the R:\ drive; however, Windows Explorer will show that the dynamic view is still mapped to the drive.
Resolving The Problem
Before adding automatic view support to your client, ensure that other views are not mapped to R:\.
