PH49954: ABEND 0C1 IN CSQ1LOGP EXTRACT(YES)

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Abend 0C1 has happened when executing CSQ1LOGP EXTRACT(YES) of
  MQ V9.3.
  
  Some of the code in CSQ1LEXT was refactored as part of the V930
  release, which resulted in a coding error when checking if some
  DD statements were used. This problem applies to the CSQCMT,
  CSQBACK and CSQINFLT DD statements. If these statements are not
  used when doing CSQ1LOGP EXTRACT(YES), then the 0C1 abend may
  occur.

Local fix

• Until the APAR is ready, customers can work around this problem
  by coding these DD statements when using EXTRACT(YES).

  The code which checks if the CSQCMT, CSQBACK and CSQINFLT DD
  cards have been provided is incorrect as the code tries to
  write to datasets that haven't been specified leading to an 0C1
  abend.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to handle DD cards correctly. As a
  result the 0C1 abend will no longer occur.
