IT42580: ORACLE RESTORE FAILS WITH ERROR ORA-01113

Error description

• Restoring an Oracle database with IBM Spectrum Protect Plus
  fails with the following error indicating that the database
  cannot open the pluggable database and error out after media
  recovery.
  
  Job log error:

  When the restore failed, the DB was in the following state.
  Container DB was open, but pluggable DB remained in MOUNTED
  state:

Local fix

• To recover the pluggable DB, this additional command was needed:
  
  RMAN> recover pluggable database <PDBNAME>;

Problem conclusion

• This problem has been fixed so that after PIT restore of Oracle
