  • Currently in DataPower, Encryption Method of Key Transport is
fixed to http://www.w3.org/2001/04/xmlenc#rsa-1_5

Customer is attempting to meet the Standard ENTSOG AS4 which
requires RSA-OAEP for keyTransport.
