Error description

  • When running backup or restore operations on Microsoft 365 an
    error can occur indicating that the connections have been
    throttled.
    
    The throttling shows up when Microsoft 365 is overloaded and
    cannot handle the required number of connections.
    
    The operations will be continued but the performance could be
    reduced.
    
    <CTGGR0016> {account name} - {feature name} - The task has been
    throttled by Microsoft 365 services.
    The agent must wait before continuing.
    This is common and should not be treated as an error.
    Documentation needs to highlight these messages are common and
    do not depend on the backup software.
    They are indeed dependent on M365 Exchange Web Service (EWS).

Problem conclusion
